Aid station types
We offer 3 types of aid stations:
- Liquid
- Solid
- Hot solid food
Please consult the checkpoint tables or race profiles to find the location and type of aid station available for each race.
Individual private assistance is only allowed at certain aid stations. These are marked with a red circle on the race profiles.
